About Us
Ian Buckland is the founder and Managing Director of Combined Property Solutions Ltd, and is himself a fully qualified 17th edition electrician and commercial gas safe engineer. Before starting his own company, he had more than 20 years experience working for some of the largest mechanical and electrical maintenance companies in the UK, providing both planned and preventative maintenance as an multi skilled engineer, client contract manager and project manager. This experience and a very pro active way of thinking means that he really can provide practical and cost effective solutions to client's maintenance and bespoke needs.
Believing that commercial property maintenance could benefit from the small, personal and qualitative touch, he founded CPS Ltd in 2006 and the company has gone from strength to strength ever since. With commercial clients in both the public & private sector, numbering office blocks, Research & Development facilities, doctor's surgeries, nursing homes and shopping malls.
Understanding clients strategy is core to our service provision, Ian oversees the work and manages every contract personally, holding regular meetings with all clients himself. He understands all of the work carried out by engineers which puts him in a perfect position to work with clients not only on their PPM & reactive works, but also on their projects, budgets and future planning.
The Company is essentially an M&E specialist although our experience has reached far beyond these boundaries ranging from shop fitting and building reconfiguration and usage, to Christmas decoration installation across multi sites ready for a ‘one-stop’ switch on in front of press and celebrities.
With resident multi skilled engineers based in Bristol, Gloucester and Bracknell who are supported by mobile engineers together with business partners, CPS Ltd can provide national contracts on request.
